We want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unopened and unused luxury fragrances in their original cellophane packaging. To ensure the highest hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been sprayed or removed from their factory seal.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unopened fragrance in its original designer box and shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid boutique return label and affix it securely to the outside of your package.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the seal is intact, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
